I bought a pair of these clogs two years ago and am ready to order another pair though the original pair still has some mileage to go, I want a backup pair for when they finally give out. I live in The Republic of Panama and just leave them outside our back door. I have used these clogs for gardening, walking the dog along the stony road outside our property, walking on the volcanic rocks in the little stream on our property to fish out plastic bags and other trash coming from upstream or generally just walking around the property to check things out. They are in constant daily use, are comfortable and extremely hard wearing. Would definitely recommend them, especially for gardeners. Great in the rainy season here as I can just use the hose to rinse the mud off.

I am sorry to say that my shoes arrived while I was away. The shipper threw them into my yard and my dogs trashed the box (still haven't found it yet) and the shoes inside. I have requested a new pair, but Plastex says I need to take up my displeasure with the shipper. NOT. The shipper is not supposed to put them in my yard (prior arrangement), but sometimes they tie a plastic bag to the fence. The dogs trash them, too. I had the same problem with Nordstrom's, but they were delightful and replaced any items torn or destroyed without any complaining. I am very unhappy with this transaction.

My sister always wore clogs like these and I thought they looked clunky. Then I saw more and more people wearing them. Finally someone said, "get these if you take up boating, so the water can drain right out." So I got some, even though we don't have a boat yet.
I wear them around while gardening and park them by the back door when I come in. I don't have to worry about them getting wet.
They are incredibly cushy and comfortable for walking. I don't even feel the gravel underfoot as I walk to the mailbox. The toe area is roomy enough for my wide foot and that's always been a struggle to find extra wide shoes to fit. They don't slip around.
For me, the part that comes up over the arch of the foot could be cut a little more open. I have a high arch though, and it rubs a little there.
They really are lightweight, so you don't feel like a clodhopper in them. Convenient to slip on and I'm really glad I finally gave in and got a pair.
These are softer than Crocs and don't have the rigid bumps inside. I much prefer Sloggers.

I'm on my third pair and looking for another pair. I wear them just about every day and they last about a year. They have a plug in the bottom that eventually leaks. Oh well.
I thought I'd look at crocs/waldies as these are hot -- must have socks on with them really. But I can't complain and I bet if my seed and feed store has them when I get by there, I'll buy my fourth pair.

We received very poor customer service from Plastex. Item was expected to ship out in 1 week from order. After 3 weeks, we contacted Plastex; item had not been shipped even though it was in stock. Interactions with the Plastex customer service representives were extremely difficult.
